The wireless card required extra work as well. I have wanted to do a clean install of Hardy for a while now, but had given up hope. After reading this, I may try. So many things are broken right now on my current OS. Like Google Earth, Songbird and flash in Firefox. I still have trepidation doing the clean install, but may try it anyway.
